Amalfi is the main town of the Amalfi Coast and offers beautiful views in all directions. Opposite Saint Andrew Cathedral you can see a series of white houses clinging to the rocks. The town is made up of alleys and steps, 57 steps carry you to the Cathedral overlooking the town center. Everywhere you turn there is a shop or cafe specializing in the famously sweet and tart, Amalfi lemons. We were there on a day of celebration and enjoyed a fantastic band playing through the town square. (See Video Below)
