Simple and deliciously perfect! A braised, flavorful artichoke is a treat and this recipe is fantastic. It takes a bit of prep time but it is well worth it. We enjoy serving these as a first course for a dinner party but they are also a great vegetarian option or a light dinner option with a nice glass of white wine. Cranberry Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Super easy and delicious and a wonderful way to use left over chocolate, nuts and dried fruits. Enjoy combining different ingredients to create your own bark. These treats also make wonderful gifts wrapped in cellophane bags with bows. Be creative, add anything you like, any kind of nut, candies, toffee, shredded coconut, etc.

Beet and Orange/Tangerine Arugula Salad

This salad blends bright, spicy, creamy and nutty flavors to create a fresh and beautiful dish. Use oranges of any variety, blood, cara cara or tangerines. Make sure to remove the seeds on the citrus if any. If not serving individually, present in a large shallow bowl to showcase all of the ingredients.
