Pumpkin Halloween Shots

Ingredients

- 6 oz Pinnacle whipped cream chocolate flavor
- 6 oz pumpkin puree
- 6 oz coconut milk
- 2 oz Cointreau
- 1/3 C gingersnap cookies ground
- 1/4 C coconut milk for rimming glass
Instructions
- Add 1/4 C coconut milk to small saucer
- Add 1/3 C ground gingersnap cookie to another small saucer
- Dip shot glass in coconut milk, then into ground ginger snap mixture
- In a large shaker combine all ingredients
- Add ice and shake.
- Pour into 2 oz mini martini or shot glasses
