Asian Pear Frozen Yogurt

Asian Pear Frozen Yogurt

Fresh, delicious, and healthy frozen yogurt with a nicely balanced combination of flavors. The sweet Asian pear is a nice contrast to the tart Greek yogurt, spicy ginger, and pink peppercorns.

In a large bowl, combine the pear-ginger puree with the yogurt, sugar, and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Churn according to your ice cream maker’s manufacturer instructions, adding the chopped crystallized ginger during this process.
