Chefs Club by Food & Wine is located in the iconic St. Regis Hotel, nestled at the base of the majestic aspen mountain, where guests can experience the spectacular signature dishes of great chefs from all around the country.
The seasonal, innovative menu is a one-of-a-kind blend of recipes by brilliant chefs, including Chefs Club’s very own Executive Chef Todd Slossberg. Chef Slossberg is well-known in Aspen for his delicious, satisfying dishes which he has showcased at vaunted Aspen institutions like Hotel Jerome and Aspen Meadows.
