Pineapple Tarragon Caipirinha

Pineapple Tarragon Caipirinha

is Brazil’s national cocktail, made with cachaça sugar cane hard liquor, sugar and lime. So now, imagine adding sweet juicy pineapple and fresh tarragon, with its aromatic property reminiscent of anise/licorice. The combination is pure delight and potent. The challenge is not drinking too many of these, or at least naming a designated driver.
